While I may have seen it in movies, I always felt like I would not be fortunate enough to see it in my lifetime, so I think 'wow' really does sum it up perfectly.
I would hope that no matter how any individual voted, he or she could look at that picture and be proud of our country, and the possibilities still inherent in its promises.
Well said Kevin Allman. Agree. I will never fully understand what black people are feeling right now. But I have shed a few tears when I hear you all talk about it.
Although BHO was not my choice, I do feel proud of our country for having the ability to elect a black man. It say a lot. A whole lot.
