And if, as seems to be the case, FEMA doesn't make up its mind then the bids may be outdated.<br /><br />It makes perfect sense to me for the city to wait until FEMA has agreed to pay for something and the city knows how much it will get to replace the building to begin the redesign and replacement of the building.mominemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13517025007146886987noreply@blogger.com
